Peel police is investigating after a needle was located in a chocolate bar collected after Halloween trick or treating in Mississauga.
Police believe this chocolate bar is from the neighbourhood south of Mississauga Road between Portway Avenue and Gatley Road. There has only been one incident reported at this time.
Police are reminding parents and children to check through all Halloween candy before eating and to report any instances where they suspect the candy has been tampered with.
