A 65-year-old male doctor is facing charges of sexual assault after inappropriately touching a colleague at a health clinic in Bowmanville.
A physician at a clinic in the area of King Street East and St. George Street North is facing charges after a nurse reported that he had sexually assaulted them, touching them in an inappropriate manner.
Pheroze Bharucha, 65, of Bowmanville is charged with Sexual Assault. He was released on an Undertaking.
Investigators want to ensure there are no further victims.
