On October 30, Daneshvar was charged with one count of sexual assault. After York police notified the public, other victims came forward and reported being sexually assaulted by the suspect under similar circumstances.
On November 21, Daneshvar was arrested and charged with two additional counts of Sexual Assault.
Investigators believe there may be other victims who have not yet come forward and they are urging them to contact police as soon as possible.
A sexual assault includes any non-consensual contact of a sexual nature. There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences and offenders can be prosecuted well after the date of the offence.
