A 23-year-old Brampton man is facing stunt driving charges after he was caught driving 186km/hr (in a 60km/h zone) in his dad’s Corvette.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Peel police wrote “Little red Corvette.. you’ve gotta slow down”.
The young man was driving on Humber West Pkwy/Queen St in Brampton, the post stated.
In addition to the stunt driving charge, his licence has been suspended for 30 days. Dad can’t be too happy that his car has also been impounded for a 14-day period.
Police ended the post, which shared pictures of the impounded vehicle and speed clocked, with #notworthit.
